Inserting a Task You can choose exactly where in the list you want to insert the new task by dragging it down with the mouse to the exact point where you wish to insert it. The black arrows between the tasks will highlight in red to show you exactly where the task will go when you release the mouse. Simply let up on the mouse button, and the new task will appear just where you want it in the list.
